A recent change to the only access zone on our Isilon disabled our root account from accessing the Isilon via WebUI, SSH, and directly through the serial interface.  We're still able to access the zone shares via Active Directory, but are no longer able to make changes to the system.

The setting was made to 'Authenticate Users' for the 'Local Provider' authentication provider for our access zone.  It had been inadvertently set to false/disabled.

Is there a solution?  Thanks
