Monitor does not support old resolution and refresh rate after Dell bios update
After an automatic suggested Dell bios update, my monitor 2 no longer has the ability to support 2560x 1440. It is limited to 2048 x 1080 with a very low refresh rate making it very sluggish. Previously both monitors were running fine at 2560 x 1440.
I tried swapping different connection types, but physically these monitors have been connected the same way for the past two years. The only difference was the latest Dell Bios update. I have downloaded manually the latest drivers and installed them with a different reboot sequences (with/without monitor cables connected)
Max resolution allowed in Monitor 1 is 2560 x 1440
Max resolution allowed in Monitor 2 is 2048 x 1080 (after bios update)
Monitor 1 Dell U2719DC connected with DP
Monitor 2 Dell U2719DC connected with HDMI (tried with DP and same results)
Monitor 3 Dell P2419H connected with DP
Docking station WD19S
Dell Latitude 5430
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
