Hi Dell community,

This is my first post here and I am looking for some insight.

I have a Dell Latitude E6410 that i have been working on for the past 3 days non stop. I think I am almost there, I have flashed the most up to date BIOS, installed what I believe are the most useful Drivers (LAN/ WLAN, Multi Touch, ect).

I am stuck at the point of:

1.Installing the GPU Driver.

I am aware that this machine contains a: NVIDIA NVS 3100M - 512 MB Display Adapter.

I have used both Dell and NVIDIA's website to locate the Necessary Driver for this card, but upon install I am told that this Machine does not have the required hardware for this software.

I am starting to think that this machine does not, in fact, have any GPU. In addition I have also thought this machine should not be running windows 7 and maybe converting to windows 10 would solve this issue.

Below I have included a screen shot of what my device manager looks like. Are there any suggestions as of to what I might be doing wrong, or am I just poking at something that is completely not possible?

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated as i'm drinking a mug filled with unsweetened almond milk waiting for the next idea to go off in my head.
