Hey everyone.

I have an Alienware 15 and until recently everything was functioning correctly with my battery charging,however when I attempted to turn on my laptop this morning it was completely dead.
 It only turns on when plugged in with the AC charger/Power Brick.

In Windows I see the dreaded plugged in not charging by the battery icon in the system tray. My laptop is still under warranty but because I purchased it in the States and live in South Africa I was told by Alienware Technical that I cannot get a replacement battery shipped to me, which is very frustrating.

Does anybody know of any trusted official suppliers where I can get an Alienware Battery O.E.M. for a reasonable price.
