Alienware Area 51 desktop start-up issues and issues while in use

Hi all I recently got my self a new desktop running on Windows 10 and all was going smoothly until in the middle of operation it froze up and locked me out, a reboot fixed the issue for a few days until it happened again on the 28th of December 2016 and I happened to go on holidays the next day so I haven't used it since. I came home and turned her back on and one of 4 thinks have started happening.

1. it boots up onto a blank screen the alienware logo doesn't show up. This happens rarely

2. More often than not it will start up and the alienware logo will come up but it will be stuck loading for about 20 mins until it just goes black and nothing happens or it does the same thing but it will say "preparing automatic repair" but never does anything.

3 this happened once it actually booted up the automatic repair screen and I pressed on the "restart and repair" option but since then I haven't been able to get that screen back up.

4. The very first time I turned it on it loaded up to the log in screen but it was locked I was unable ro access anything.

Any help I could get would be appreciated and just so we not get into arguments I'm not overly confident with computer use so taking it slow will help any body who wants to help

    I assume this is a new Area51-R2.

Try re-seating HDD/SSD and/or check their SMART and Diag them.

You might want to have a professional computer technician take a look. If you have Dell warranty, you can call Alienware Phone Support for help.
