I am trying to shop for a new Dell.  I am having trouble distinguishing the difference between the 4450 and the 8300 series.  Seems like they both have the same amount of expansion bays...

I am looking for Pentium 4 2.6Ghz, 128 Video RAM, and something that can handle video editing and a DVD-writer.
