During Start UP, My DELL Precision T1650 displays a blinking cursor twice at the top left corner of screen immediately after the display of DELL logo. Also, DELL logo is not displayed always. Sometimes, it simply jumps to windows 8.0 logo. Kindly suggest whether it is a problem and how to fix it. Complete diagnostics test found no error.
