I bought a new dell inspiron 3847 windows 8.1 64 bit yesterday. It was working with bluetooth, and i shut it down last night. Woke up today, and bluetooth is missing and I cant find a place to turn it back on.
Turn on the wireless connection. Bluetooth is listed in Network Connections. You have to connect a BT device and BT should turn on automatically. Open Network & Sharing Center for more info.
