I recently attempted to reformat my hard drive. I removed all current partitions and tried to install windows Media Center 2005. However now I get a message saying NTLDR is missing, right after it attempts to boot from the cd.

 

Sometimes windows does boot from the CD.  However, then it ends up not being able to complete instalation after about 50% stating it cannot copy a file whose name differers each time I attempt to instal.

 

I am just looking to reformat my C: and reinstal Windows.

Help please.
