Perhaps someone here can help - I am very upset with the dell support I thought I paid for when I bought the computer. (When you purchase the three year extended contract it doesn't say they will not support the operating system beyond 30 day without charging $29 and keeping you online for more than 55 minutes.)
About every third time I try to use Explorer (by right clicking on My Computer and selecting Explorer) I get the following error message: "Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created." This will often happen several times in a row and then will start working again. (The dell "technical expert" can't even tell me where to find the error log.)
