I read the FAQ. I have the optiplex gx150 windows 2000 fast audio problem. I do not have the OPTIPLEX resource CD. I cannot find how to acquire one on this website. How in blazes do I get one? Lastly, the intel website suggests that the problem cannot be fixed unless the chipset drivers are installed before any other drivers, indicating that a reformat of the hard drive is required. Can anyone confirm that after I go to the hassle of getting the OPTIPLEX resource CD (assuming that this is in fact possible) that it will in fact work without reformatting the hard drive?
