Hi there I have had problems with this particular machine for a long time. It would take 30 - 60 minutes to boot up (screen would stay black, power button orange). I phoned support and they just kept sending me documents that did not solve the problem. The warranty finally expired, so the machine was shelved. However, I have taken it back out to see if I can fix it.

 

When I plugged it in, and booted it up, I got a beep code (better than the usual nothing!) However, I can't seem to find any information about what this code means.

 

The beep is a low tone, and the pattern is 5-1-1-4 (I listened to it 3 times to be sure).

 

Can someone help me figure this out? I appreciate the time. Thanks.
