Task Manager problem

When I do CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get my Task Manager, I'm getting a window that's missing the restart option, amongst other things. All I see is a window that has Image Name, User Name, CPU, and Mem Usage. The only options for this windoe are a check box for "Show Processes from all users" and a button that says "end process." To exit, I have to use the ESC key. How can I get the normal Task Manager back? Thanks in advance!

    JMC77,

What you are seeing is the normal Task Manager window in Windows XP.
