whenever I start up, i keep getting two messages: one is the "low virtual memory" message and the other says "userinit.exe failed to initialize - Error code 0xc000012d" and won't let me on to the desktop. It also says that it failed to recognize the operating system's license (i use winXP). I have 256 megs of RAM so i don't see why it should have low virtual memory, and this problem just came out of nowhere.
