Hello,

I have a problem with my 10 month old Dell and connecting to the internet. It is a wired connection to the router and all of a sudden the pc has stopped connecting with a 651 error message. The router is fine as my other pc is still using it. I have run the Dell diagnostics, which do not find any problems. I have restarted the router as well. I have also tried a system restore.

On the back of the Dell where the cable plugs in there is a solid orange light which seems to indicate thats working. I have googled this and everything I have read is a bit vague on this error code. Is there a definate answer to this problem?
