You may try logging into "Safemode with networking", Open "Programs and Features", Remove everything related to AMD and Catalyst controller.

Rebooted the PC in normal mode, let the computer pick up native drivers and install it.

Check for Windows updates, If you get any driver updates, install it.

Once you confirm the computer isn't crashing anymore, Try the auto detect or manually update driver from "Device manager"

thank you, but still doesnt' work, the i removed AMD and catalyst, tried to install amd again, but its always error at the end of instalation

Please backup the data from the machine, We need to try restoring the PC to the factory settings.

If the recovery partition is intact, I would suggest you to use "Dell backup and Recovery" option to restore.
