Backlight not working
hey guys,.. i bought a dell studio xps 1340 6 days back,,, i cant seem to switch on the backlights in the keyboard. apparently the fn key is not working. it shows a light when i switch capslock on but not otherwise.
PLz help.

Do Studio CPS models use Dell's 'Quickset' application?
Although it should be enabled by default, the keyboard lighting may have been disabled in Quickset?
If Quickset isn't used/pre-installed on Studio CPS models, you might be best contacting tech support about the problem?
