I have a dell laptop that I just got from a family member,and as I was messing around I noticed the webcam didn't work. I reloaded the cd that came with it for the webcam. Now Iam getting a gray screen and a system error code ofoo:1332 message disk- block 30773640. I can not getmy desk top to come up or anything. I need help please.
