Insipron n5030 Memory failure
My laptop is not booting up. When I turn it on the following message appears: "Memory read/write failure at 8129000c, read 29c629c7, expecting 29c629c6. to resolve this issue, try to reseat memory. Decreasing available memory."
I cannot run diagnostic or BIOS. Computer is giving me no response and warranty has expired. Please help.

Thank you Rajesh, however, the same problem is continuing and it is not allowing me to run anything so I can run diagnostics.

Hi RachelGarcia,
Remove both the memory from the computer and restart the computer to check if you hear beep codes. If the computer beeps without the memory, the memory slots on the motherboard are fine.
Try to swap the each memory in slot 1 and slot 2 and try to restart the computer.
Based on the above results we would be able to isolate the part.
In case of expired warranty scenario, we would not be able to extend warranty entitled services.
If the warranty on the computer has expired, below link would help you in contacting expired warranty services (this link is for US based customers):
If you provide me the country you live in, I can help you with the correct contact information.
Awaiting your response!

Hi RachelGarcia,
I recommend reseating the memory on the computer.
I have provided a link below to reseat the memory on Inspiron N5030:
http://dell.to/p6C0pf
Ensure that the computer is turned off. If your computer did not automatically turn off when you shut down the operating system, press and hold the power button until the computer turns off.
If you are comfortable only then reseat the memory on the computer.
After reseating the memory on the computer try to power on the computer. If the issue still persists try running diagnostics on the computer (restart the computer by holding the Fn and Power button on the computer).
Awaiting your response!
