hi,my dell laptop inspiron N5010 keyboard is not working properly the keys  r,t,backspace,capslock-not working  and if i press 'a' - 'sa' is appearing,all other keys are ok.if external usb keyboard is connected,then it is working properly.pls help me to resolve the problem.thank u ,eagarly expecting your reply.
