I have a problem with overheating!

 

When i am gaming for 5 minutes my XPS M1710 shuts down because of overheating..

The system gets very warm and it is very noisy!

 

yesterday i installed some driver for the Sigmatel soundcard and i updateded my bios, the 7950 gtx video card and my processer.

 

can anyone help?
