I had an issue with my Dell MediaDirect button, it didn't work, prior to restoring to factory state (getting ready for a new school year and I just wanted to get rid of all the garbage onboard).  I was wondering if, while in Vista, anybody else had the Dell MediaDirect button do absolutely nothing when pressed.  If so, how did you fix it?  It works, for now, but it didn't until I did the restore and I have no idea when it lost functionality.
