I got my Motherboard changed about a month ago. I noticed that my old Motherboard had some gray solid paste on it(On processor and GPU) which I think was thermal paste. But during the installation of new Mother Board they didn't applied any paste.

My CPU normally operates at the temperature of 55c-60c. Is that temperature normal? or should I contact dell
