hey i got my xps15 l502x in january 2012. when i opened the lap top for the first time i found a little blue colored pixel dot on screen on the right side but after two days it disappeared by it self now after almost 4 months i m facing this dot again some times its there ans some times its not.

my second problem is when ever i m watchin any movie or watching any video on you tube suddenly the screen frezzes for few seconds and the sound of that video goes like if speakers r exploding or like some alien is talking this happens for few seconds and than its all good.

and my third problem is when i am working on any of office programme like words or excel the startup window keeps poping up again and again and this is soooo frustrating. i hope u can help me resolving my problems lokking forward thanks
