N5010 Bluetooth problem
hi all,
I am using Inspiron 15R N5010 model laptop. It is not detecting the bluetooth devices though those devices are on & discoverable. Other Blue tooth devices are detecting the Laptop but not pairing with it. Even dell drivers scanner is showing no problem with the system driver. waht shall i do now.

Hi Srinivas,
Welcome to the Community. I suggest you uninstall your bluetooth drivers and reinstall it using the below link. To uninstall, click on start, right click on computer, click on properties, click on device manager, click on the symbol next to network adapters, right click on the bluetooth card and click on uninstall, click ok to confirm. Once its uninstalled, reinstall it back using the below link and restart your computer.
