Hi all,

I had a faulty hard drive after 4 months. Dell sent a techie round to install new one.

they failed to tell me that windows would not be preinstalled on the new one as it was on the old one.

I had a copy of windows, but i do not have a validation key

any answers on how to get one?

Should Dell get me one?
