Hi all!

I've Dell Inspiron 6000.Recently,it alert "The battery can not charge,pls connect a Dell 65W AC adapter or higher for best system operation".And the baterry is empty and not charge,now.

Battery has problem or bad?

Or another problem?(need or no need to change new batterry?)

Pls give me the best way to solve this problem!
