I recently bought a XPS laptop driect from Dell's website and it arrived about a week ago. The prblem I am having is when I enter my service tag into Dells website it tells me it cannot be varified. The auto detect feature does not work also. My service tag and express service code are listed in Dell support  Centre but my warranty information is not..

When i log into my Dell account on the Dell website my laptop is not listed as one of My products and services. I tried entering it manually using my customer number but that does not work..

It is like the Dell database has no record of my laptop existing.
