track write error

Could I pl. know what is mean by 'track write error'. I am not able to write the CD. Is it a DVD ROM hardware problem? I changed several new blank CD's.still problem persits

    Could you please post the make and model of your optical drive.

    You will find this by looking device manager under DVD/CD-ROM.
