Monitor refresh rate?
Hello, I'm a professional player in CS GO. Something is wrong with my monitor. Sometimes my Hz drops in game and game looking more slower/faster and because of that I got lower sense and feeling bad. I tried to find my service tag. But I don't understand what to enter. And maybe you can tell me what is the best thing to do with my problem?

We cannot see the image in detail, it is small. What is the non-private full 20 digit serial number? Using that we can decode the model and when it was built.
