Is there another computer to check the monitor on to see if the issue can be replicated?

I tried it on a Toshiba laptop. I got the same problem. It flickers when the laptop is on power and does not when it is on battery.

Do both laptops use a 2 prong or 3 prong power cord?

The laptops have 3 prongs. Does it make a difference if it is 2 or 3 prongs?

It does. You cannot use a 3 prong on both the laptops and the monitor. They create a ground loop. Is the M1530 under warranty? What are the part numbers on your power cord and AC adapter?

Yes. It is still on warranty. The model of the AC adapter is DA90PS2-00

I tried my monitor on a normal PC which has a 3 prong power cord and it was not flickering. How is it possible that on the laptop, it is causing the grounding loop and not the PC since both have 3 prongs power cord?

A desktop PC only has the power cord. A Laptop PC has the brick and cord. The Laptop PC power cord must be 2 prong. I need the following in a private message -
