I have Inspiron 531 and SP2008WFP with built-in webcam and unfortunately I found out the webcam and mic don't work.

 

1. While I tried to reinstall/run webcam application, it kept asking me to make sure webcam usb is connected to my pc, and if I ignore this (click cancel), it continued the application installation, but then my webcam center can't find my webcam and web console part showing the application is not installed. I have no idea how to solve this, please help.

2. Along with the webcam problem, I don't know how to get my microphone work. Anyone can help? Thanks.
