I have a new monitor and a new XPS 13 laptop with Intel HD Graphics 620 using an HDMI connection.  I cannot get the monitor to use the full screen.  It is essentially acting as if it is a 27 inch monitor so I have large black borders to both sides of the screen.  I have tried every combination of the Intel Graphics Control Panel along with the monitor menu and nothing works. What settings do I need to change to utilize the full screen?
