U3421WE, mouse lag

  • Hi, I'm using U3421WE monitor with different laptops, connected via USB-C. After some time of work I'm experiencing mouse pointer lag. Tried wireless and wired mice.
  • Same problem with different mice.
  • Same issue happens with 3 different laptops
  • Monitor replacement didn't help
  • Cable replacement didn't help

OS windows 10, windows 11

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Open the U3421WE Menu- Others. What firmware is listed? I see M2B105 on the drivers site. Is yours M2B105 or newer?

The U3421WE has four USB-A ports. Disconnect all USB devices from all four USB-A ports.

    * Test a single wired mouse on all four USB-A ports while using both Laptops. Does the lag happen on all four USB-A ports?

    * Disconnect the wired mouse. Test only the single wireless mouse transmitter in all four USB-A ports while using both Laptops.. Does the lag happen on all four USB-A ports?
