Hello, we have not published or announced any document for the EOL or EOSL of our servers. The typical server lasts for 5-7 years. You will likely get a renewal email or call when your product’s warranty is about to expire. Usually, we offer a warranty of up to 5 years. For some models, you can extend the warranty for another 2 years and the coverage for up to 7 years in total. There are also different levels of support available. We do not disclose the EOL or EOSL dates for each model. Moreover, local laws may affect the availability of our servers in different countries. For more information, please contact the sales representatives in your area.
This used to work, you can check if it's still valid. Go to and Support | Dell US enter your service tag. Click on the service event tab. This will show you the EOL
I hope this helps!

After EoSS, existing software updates and fixes/patches will continue to be available, but Dell Technologies will provide no further software maintenance or updates
