PowerConnect M6220 cannot reset password from CLI

I have an M1000e with 4 M6220's and I have been able to reset the password on 3 of them by connecting to the CLI console through the CMC. The 4th one is behaving differently than the others. When I connect to the switch, I am prompted for a password (which I don't have) and cannot get passed it. Any ideas on how to reset this switch password or even to restore factory defaults?

    Hi,

    If you connect to switch through the console you should be able to enter the boot menu while it is booting, one of the options should be a password reset.

    Hello ,

    I have the same issue that i forgot enable password, when i connect with the switch via console, i can enter any input via console, i tried with another cable but the problem still exist.
