AOL won't recognize my modem!
I wiped the hard drive on my Dimension 4550 desktop computer and now when I try to reinstall AOL, I can't get a dial tone. It was working fine before I wiped the hard drive. Please advise and thank you SO much in advance! This is really causing me grief! Charline
