I have bluetooth (toshiba) on my inspiron 640M laptop that was shipped with it.  I can send files from my mobile phone to the computer but not the other way around.  I can make connection with the mobile phone but then it says can't connect or something like that.  I have tried setting up a connection using the new connection wizard but it hangs when it say opening COM port 40.

 

Do you have any suggestions?
