Enter the System Service Tag or Select the Model of system.
Under the Network section, download the respective driver for the wireless card.
Follow the on-screen instructions and install the driver
How to place the Bluetooth icon on system tray?
Click start to display the start menu.
Type Bluetooth in the search box.
Click on Change Bluetooth Settings.
Select show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area and click OK.
How to pair a Bluetooth device?
Click the Bluetooth icon on the system tray.
Click Add a Device.
Select the device from the list and click Next.
Select Yes if the pairing code is matching and click Next.
NOTE: If the pairing code is not entered within 40-45 seconds, then an error message "Adding this device to this computer failed" appears on the window. Click Try Again to start the process again.
