trying to connect dell lattitude 620 with axim 50 with bluetooth active sync connection. axim 50 is asking for passkey and lattitude is using the default passkey. what is the default passkey????
This is a key that you provide. On mine I use something simple like 2222 or 0000. It just has to be 4 digits so that the two devices know that they are talking to each other and another device does not interferer. This is for the paring so that another Bluetooth device does not interferer. I have a BT Axim and a BT ear piece for my phone. If my ear piece is sending a signal it could interferer with my Axim but with the key that is prevented.
