unfortunately, you cannot. 10th gen cpu needs a totally different motherboard with a different chipset.
PS the heatsink is the only possible compatible part as LGA1150 for 4th gen and LGA1200 for 10th gen heatsink has same mounting hole spacing.

I7-4790S is the top listed CPU for it.
