Another question here..I have another computer that I bought a new Seagate hard drive for and loaded Windows 7 pro on it and that part is ok,but don't or most computers come with some kind of disc to load Microsoft office or word pro..etc etc ?  

The computer is a mini tower Optiplex 990 that I bought refurbished and was running great until we had a major power outage in the area where I live and it freaked the computer out,it would barely turn on so I got the new hard drive and seems its running ok but believe I need Microsoft of some kind loaded onto it.

This computer has the i3 processor but I don't remember the specs,I think around 3.2-3.4 GHz and 8 gig of RAM.

I am hoping the experts here can possibly help me figure out what I need,I have a feeling that this needs to be done asap before this computer messes up more than it is..as always any info is Greatly appreciated !!
