Optiplex 7010 Running 3 Displays

Hi! This is my first post and have read a few posts regarding running 3 displays with my Optiplex 7010 SFF and come away more confused. I have the following set up:

-Dell Optiplex 7010 Business Desktop Computer (Intel Quad Core i5 up to 3.8GHz Processor), 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, DVD, Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

Purchased from Amazon

-3 HP Pavilion 22cwa 21.5-Inch Full HD 1080p IPS LED Monitor, Tilt, VGA and HDMI (T4Q59AA)

Purchased from Amazon and has HDMI and VGA ports

I tried to run 2 HDMI to DisplayPorts and 1 VGA and only 2 will work at one time, regardless of combination

I am a computer illiterate and tried to hire an IT professional from work, but it didn’t pan out. IT originally had me buy a renewed PC since my old laptop wasn’t allowing me to work from home, and they attributed it to not being able to upgrade to Windows 10, even though other coworkers have Windows 8 and it works fine, and some even when they upgraded to Windows 10, they are running into the same issue with the WFH when using the new F5 method. I digress.

I contacted Dell who told me I needed a better graphics card. I wrote to the vendor I purchased the renewed 7010 Optiplex and they stated it should run with my set up as is. At this point I hired an IT professional to help me out and was told to purchase this graphics card:

MSI Radeon RX 560 AERO ITX 2G OC Graphics Card, PCI-E x16 (uses x8),4K UHD ready

Purchased from eBay

IT came to install, realized this is too big and wouldn’t fit my SFF. I asked if there would be one that would fit this computer, he stated for SFF there aren’t micro graphics cards that would support 3 outputs/displays. I thought I read online some low profile ones may work, but I could have misunderstood.

I just need a basic computer to WFH and run my 3 displays. I work with mostly Microsoft Office Suite products, and occasionally need to view short CCTV footage.

Any help on what I need to do to get my setup to work, or anything I should buy to make it work is greatly appreciated. I like the renewed computer I bought, but am open to getting a tower if that’s what’s needed. IT stated they could build me one for about $450 with labor, but would rather just get this to work for as little as possible as I already have 3 laptops and don’t want to invest a bunch for a WFH setup that I only use 1-2 a week.

Thanks for reading!
