i have dell optiplex 7000 i need to upgrade power supply to 7000 watt,
and if upgrade VGA to RTX 3060 8GB it well need more power about stander power supply 240W internal power supply unit (PSU), 85% Efficient, 80 Plus Bronze

7000 watt PSU? If you have the mini tower, you can upgrade up to a 500w PSU. Hopefully it has the 1x12pin connector needed for the RTX 3060. I attached the Optiplex 7000 spec sheet.
