I just recieved my PowerEdge 400SC, and my cd-rom works fine I installed Windows XP, with the cd rom and everything and i can use bootable cds in there when i start my comp, but when i have my computer started it dont recoginze the cd rom... in the device manager for the cd rom it has the ! by it... wher ecan i get drivers for this so i can use my cd rom... its the Lite-ON LTN4865...  theres also one by the USB controller..
