Hi,

This morning, I was working in cent OS 7.6 and it was a break with a freeze on the screen, the unique solution was reboot the server. After that, all the attempts to boot after selected kernel version (in GRUB) failed. The sequence just show the info: i8042 no controller found and after I have a screen with stripes blue and red.

During the day, I tried to do a cent OS live pen, but even during troubleshooting process, I had the same failure.

I disconnect all peripherals - USB mouse, keyboard, and worked through iDRAC but this problem is unsolved.

Can you help me to identify the root cause and solve this issue?
