I recently purchased a PERC3/DC adapter to install in a PowerApps 120.  The below-referenced cable installation document (see link below) explains the install process, but makes reference to two SCSI cables that did not come with the adapter.

 

What is the part number for these cables and were they supposed to come with the adapter?
