Hello everyone, I hope that i'm asking this in the correct forum.

We've just installed this product in a client, and he's asking for a simple yet puzzling question:

Everything works fine, but while he's transferring data to the device, only the SSD leds are blinking, while none of the SAS ones work. 

 

Is this a normal behavior? Did we forget to do something while setting it up?
