I'm really struggling to find a definitive answer to the question in the subject header.

'Out-of-band' management for this workstation is critical for me and I need to know whether this will work before I pick up a refurbished unit.

There's one reference to AMT in the owners manual and it crops up a few times in Google, mainly people asking how to get it working.  I also see someone referring to SOL working on Github:

However, I see nothing that gives me complete confidence that this will be availabe on the T7910.  I need the full functionality including SOL and KVM.
