I have a T1700 and I want to upgrade to this soundcard Asus Xonar D2 with PCI. The problem is I have difficulties to install the driver. There is a failure notice like windows found a driver, but during the installation was a failure. It can't be started (code 10). It is the latest driver. A very old one was ok to install, but I have no output on my speakers.

The specs of the Dell say I have one PCI 32bit 33MHz and the card expects PCI 2.1 or higher. So what is the difference? Is it possible to use it? Or what should I disable?  I can choose between Realtek High Definition Audio and NVDIA High Definition Audio and with the old driver also the Asus.
